Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all services offered by A. Crazy Laisis Prod, currently being registered under sole-proprietor (auto-entrepreneur) status, with its registered office located at 131 rue Pierre Julien, 26200 Montélimar, and reachable at the following email address: acrazylaisis@gmail.com. The services are provided without VAT (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).

2. Orders and Payments

2.1 Order Confirmation

Every order is confirmed by signing a quote, paying a deposit or the full amount depending on the service, or through an online order form.

2.2 Payment Terms

• One-off video services: full payment upon ordering.
• Monthly subscriptions (social media, nonprofit): payment of the full month upon signing, with a commitment contract and a direct-debit authorization.
• For card payments via Stripe, transaction fees are charged by the payment provider (generally around 1.4% + €0.25 per transaction). These fees are included in our prices.
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, cash, PayPal (subject to account setup).

2.3 Late or Missed Payment

• Payment due upon final delivery, unless specific terms apply.
• In the event of a late payment, a 10% penalty is applied.
• Installment payment may be considered depending on the amount (>€800). An external financing solution is coming soon (e.g. Cofidis).

3. Cancellation, Modification, Delays

• Free cancellation: before editing begins.
• If work has begun: a fee of 20% of the service applies.
• Free modification: once only, following an appointment (by phone, video call or in person).
• Additional modifications: billed based on a quote.
• In the event that delivery cannot be made on time (illness, accident, etc.): the client will be informed, with a discount or an equivalent service offered.

4. Delivery

Standard turnaround: 7 to 10 business days.

Express delivery:

• 48h: +€50
• 24h: +€100 (non-refundable once paid)

Methods:

• Secure download link (included)
• USB drive (surcharge based on the price of the drive if provided by me / free if provided by the client).
• Postal shipping (surcharge based on Colissimo, Chronopost, etc. fees)

Files are archived for 1 year from the delivery date.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

• A. Crazy Laisis Prod retains the copyright on the videos produced.
• The creations may be published on portfolio, website and social media (unless the client refuses in writing at the time of ordering).
• The client may modify or reuse the creations provided that I am credited as the author.
• Third-party elements (music, images) may be used under license. The licenses can be provided to the client upon request.

6. Personal Data

• The data collected (name, contact details, images, etc.) are necessary for the performance of the contract.
• They are never resold or used for any other purpose.
• They may be stored using third-party tools (web hosting, online form).
• The client may request access to, modification of, or deletion of their data at any time.
• Explicit authorization is requested before any publication of the client's project.

7. Disputes and Liability

• In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt amicable mediation before taking any legal action.
• Jurisdiction: France.
• An immediate termination clause may be applied in the event of disrespectful behavior, defamatory remarks, or breach of contract.
• A. Crazy Laisis Prod reserves the right to refuse or interrupt a service in such cases.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party may be held liable if performance of the contract is delayed or prevented by an event of force majeure (accident, illness, disaster, health crisis, etc.).

9. Validity of Offers

• Validity period of quotes: 30 days.
• All contractual documents (quotes, invoices, purchase orders) are archived electronically for evidentiary and transparency purposes.
